If you haven't tried the ramifier yet, you will not be disappointed. I had one on my 2003 2500 SO 4x4 and it made a tremendous difference. Before the box, the truck was sluggish and lacked in power in my opinion. After installing the ramifier, it was like a night and day difference, it made a tremendous difference in power and torque. If you are not careful, you will be buying a lot of rear tires LOL. I currently had my reprogrammed for my 04.5 3500 4x4. If towing you have to monitor your egts because the ramifier I have is non adjustable you just plug it in, takes about 5 minutes. I believe the new ramifiers are adjustable though.

I have one, along with gauges on my 04 1/2 600 48RE. I was told that mine was one of the first with a potentiometer. I call it my "Magic ****". I installed it to the left of the steering wheel, and here is what I see:
Crank it on full, and several things happen.
MAJOR power increase.
EGTS skyrocket on steep hills and WOT, so you want to watch it, back off the loud pedal, or back off on the ****.
Overhead starts reporting some very good milage, but in reality, it is no better.
and ohh yeah....You Smile BIG!
I do like the idea that you can adjust it where ever you want it in an instant. Another nice thing is that it elimininates the "Random Flatspots" I was feeling. Largely because of running at very high altitudes, it also produced two other side effects...."Stumbles" and smoke. Again, we are talking mainly when I am at 8,000 to 11,000 ft. and on it. I pulled the cat and that just increased the smoke, but I was guessing that the "Stumble" was at least partially being caused by the cat loading up. Changed to a Scotty 3 and an Aeroturbine. Can't say just what made the difference, but does seem stronger, and matting it on a steep mtn. pass seems to produce zero noticable smoke now. Only have about 40 miles since the add ons. More miles will tell me better.

I have one on the road being tested in a real world enviroment for a product article. So far the thing has done precisely what it claims to do. The user has been towing across country and using it daily with out a single problem.

The article will soon appear on our website.

DTR gives the Ramifier a strong Thumbs up!

Banshee,

I think Dennis is reffering to other pressure boxes. Although he did say "any other box."

Would you recommend the Ramifier over the Edge EZ as a first time box for an '04 555?
Thanks

Why spend the money on a TST box when you can't even utilize all the power and torque the box can produce ??? I think the TST is a good box, but the Ramifier in my opinion is a better way to go unless you are going to be upgrading your trans. and running dual turbos.

Deezulsmoke,
You dont have to have twins to run a TST box.
I run with a single with TST and EZ stacked.
I agree with you on the part that pressure boxes are nice for the guys that are going to stay with a stock trans or clutch.

But what fun is that?

Have you or why don't you try to stack the Edge with the Ramifier?
