After looking online for some time, I finally made myself a center console, well I at least starter on it. I removed the up holder and it fit between there and the center seat. Its made out of 3/4 inch MDF and I'm surprised on how it came out considering my past projects. I'm not sure what to cover the top of it with. I wanna maybe like put some gauges in it and get something else then my edge. Anyone have some ideas? Here are some pics of it. I can post measurements if anyone if interested in them. Sorry the pics are somewhat blurry, they are with my phone.

looks good, I made one that replaces the center seat console, as I needed something that acted like an office, seeing as my truck is my office

that sure is one big console, I thought about making something to replace the center console sometime but I'm gonna see how this works out

I have been trying to come up with an idea for mine too. Looks good so far though. I heard some people used marine vinyl for coverings. Saw a custom console for a Dakota on MP3Car.com that looked sweet.
