Need Help On Nitrous Install on 03
Can anyone tell me where and what color the wire is that needs to be tapped into on the TPS sensor for the ZEX controller. This is on a 03 2500 Automatic 4x4. Should i put the nozzle in the metal pipe between the turbo and intercooler or intrcooler and intake First time posting and first time on nitrous install too. Thanks for any help.

Not sure on the wire, I just put them on a switch. You just have to remember to shut it off.
As for placement, right into intake horn on top (after the intercooler). Face the spray pattern so that it'll spray into the plenum.

Update on Nitrous Install
Got everything hooked up and workig correctly today, just waiting to get bottle filled tomorrow. The tps wire that the controller connects to is yellow, tied in right below tps sensor. Its easy if you take the 3 bolts out and flip it over. Put the blue led purge light in the wiper cowl (recessed). Should look cool at night, cant wait Hardest part was finding room for the solenoids But it wasnt bad really.

It is better to have two intercoolers rather than trying to make only one more efficient.

It's true every time both places are tested for power; airhorn injection of NO2 cools the intake charge TOO much in comparison, lowering the combustion chamber temps and thus the engine's BSFC.
