need help for next steps> BOMBING
Hey Guys, I need some direction in the bombing process. I've got the gauges, new Volant airbox with Ram Air added, 4" exhaust coming this week. I'm thinking of FASS system but I'm also considering pusher pump with Wildcat maxflow system instead. Edge would probably be next but I also want to maintain the fuel economy. Which of the two: EZ or Comp is better and why?? Injectors is it necessary to change these if I go with an Edge box?? As you can see I have some concerns as I want more jam but I really don't want to tear up my engine or power train. Replies would be great!!!

I would go with the max flow kit from rod and an EZ for now. There's no need for a FASS on a basically stock truck. Get a set of Mach 1.5 injectors. You MIGHT, I repeat and MIGHT, help out your mileage IF and only IF you can keep your foot from using all the new found power all the time. The HO trucks respond a lot better to injectors than they do boxes.

The Comp has an EZ built into it, and it's only a few more bucks.
Personally, I would say the TST competition box is the way to go. Very adjustable and no unnecessary timing.
If you tow, go with the TST. If not, go with the Edge.
