need help or good suggestion

i have a manual 03 3500 it has a few times now shifted by itself into 4x4 what is the problem???

Mine hasn't done that, so no suggestions other than there was a big discussion on this in the last cpl weeks on here, do a little search, think they narrowed it down to the switch.
