Im trying to find someone to help me unlock my bully dog triple dog. I sold my truck and i guess didnt do something right but now it's locked and cant get it to work on my new truck HELP PLZ!

did you set your tire size back to stock when you unloaded it from your old truck?
just returning the truck to stock does not do the tire size.

I think I read here on the forum that you can send it to Bully DOG and for $100 they'll reset it for ya.

Call Bullydog they can reset it over the phone.

I've tried 2 times in 2 weeks different tech each time and both told me to send 100$ and the unit and they would fix it. I thought i would see if someone here could help.

Talked with realstreet this morning. Best I can tell from over the phone he has a defective pressure switch on the front of his downloader. That is preventing us from being able to reset it over the phone. He is going to ship it to me to be fixed.
