This morning I updated Smarty w/Revo tune and it loaded fine. I'll admit that I'm not much of a computer guy but I've managed to fumble my way through the process several times. I then downloaded program to truck w/out a hitch. This afternoon I tried to update Smarty w/RevoTNT tune and during the erasing memory stage, a pop up on my screen (computer) told me that there was an error erasing smarty. I've tried the steps several times and even tried reloading the plain Revo tune w/no luck. Now when I plug Smarty to usb cable, the screen on my Smarty tells me "empty memory, please update". I've tried ten times to update and keep getting the "error erasing smarty". PLEASE HELP..

Since my smarty is saying memory is erased and to update, will it cause a problem being that smarty is vinlocked?
