What model year is your rig and what, if any, other mods have you done? Helps to help if we know what the overall picture is...
P0514 is a code for Battery Temp Sensor - should not have anything to do with your stalling problem, that sounds like a fuel issue. Do you have the engine mounted or in tank transfer (lift) pump? How do you have the Holley wired - via a relay, I assume?
Back in 04 there was a TSB and a flash put out by DC to fix the Battery Temp Sensor code issue.

Need some sort of diagnostic info. Fuel pressures, any other codes? A cheap fuel pressure guage could help tons.

I'm wondering if you are still running on the original lift pump. Those symptoms are the same as a failing lift pump. Can you hear the new one running and are you sure it's running when the engine is running?

Can't find my code list to look up the 0514.

Yeah, first get the fuel guage , especially for in the future, then remove the old lift pump. The new one is probably having a hard time pushing past the old one. It could be stuck not allowing enough flow.
