Need front brakes, what to use?

Right side caliper was sticking and the pad wore out and grooved the rotor. Should I replace rt & lft rotors & calipers or just the right side? I am leaning to doing it all. It seems most folks are talking about hawk pads are those what I should get? What calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines should I use? By the way it needs lines as well because the bracket was bent and lines have rubbed some.

While i am at it I may go ahead with the gm wheel cyl on rear.

thanks dave
