Need an exhaust brake

I pull a 7000 lb travel trailer and need an exhaust brake, and was wondering which one has the best bang for the buck, and where to buy it.

If I had to do it over again, Id get a 4" inline exhaust brake instead of the Jacobs. Pac Brake makes some really nice stuff.
