I need to see if my stock alloys (made for 00-02 trucks) will fit over the drums that come on a pre-00 truck.

2000 drums must be smaller because the alloys will work on them, just gotta see if the drums for a 99 are the same.

TJ, PM a guy that goes by timebomb. I think he tried something similar on his 2nd gen and had fitment problems.
