At this point I don't have a diesel yet. I am trying to get as much information as I can, you are all a wealth of information. I think I have narrowed it down to either a 98 ext cab SB, or an 03 4 door SB.
I'll keep my progress posted and even ask for suggestions.

Good luck, hope you can find a nice one. I looked at a lot of junks. I got mine about 4 months ago and won't go back.

If you could find a '98 12 Valve, I'd go with that, but say away from the '98.5 to '02 24 Valve trucks (in my opinion.)

The '03 and up Common Rails are nice as well.
