Is my FASS ok
JUSt got my truck back from getting a super 40 turbo, custom injectors, luk pro gold clutch, and FASS put on. Ever since i got it back it has been taken it longer to start up. Also some times after starting it has a rough idle like it has a big cam for a few then it idles fine. Im not to shure on waht it could be, maybe my lift pump??? need some help.

Welcome to the site, noticed this was your first post.
Folks have noted that the higher pressure from the FASS, 20-25psi, results in a hard start condition.
The FASS replaces the lift pump by the way.
There is a different spring available for the FASS,
which lowers the pressure down closer to the 15psi that the injection pump likes.

Welcome!
I just put the FASS on my truck on friday and have no hard starting issue, Fp is 22 at idle. It sounds like there may be some air in the system/lines somewhere. That rough idle/lopping, I noticed something similar with mine. I noticed mine will lope a couple of times when coming to a stop after I have pushed in the clutch? I called DPP today and they told me that was the first of this problem that they have heard of. So I'm just going to watch, drive it and see what happens.

the loping when coming to a stop is something i didnt notice until i put the injectors in...both of you say you have larger injectors...so i would check that first...i think its because alot of fuel is being dumped in and then you stop its gotta bit of extra fuel in there to burn up. I could be TOTALLY wrong but this is my best guess given my young ming and limited mechanical knowlegde.
