Question My boost fooler...i have a question on install..

I just got my boost fooler and im trying to install it but i have a question. I have the bullydog with outlook and the outlook plugs into the map sensor, so where in line do i connect the boost fooler? Do i connect it right off the sensor and reconnect my outlook into the fooler?

I connected my boost fooler right to the map sensor then connected the outlook to that. on mine the boost maxes out at 18psi on the outlook. this is because the boost fooler is fooling the computer in thinking it is only making 18psi when it actuallly is making alot more. need to buy a mechanical boost guage.

You should be able to plug the outlook directly to the map sensor then plug the boost fooler in and it should read right. I have seen a few trucks that it did not work correctly this way so they had to end up with the Boost Fooler first and then the outlook. It would cause the gauge to read really erratic on some of them but I would try it and see how it works.

Mine is like this and does exactly the same thing, stops at 18psi. But, to me it doesn't feel as strong and I don't hear the turbo whistle with it. I took it off and notice a pretty big differance. I tried it again and it did the same thing. I left it off for good, unless something is wrong with it and I hear that's a pretty rare thing. I may give it a try the other way just to see.

well i connected it to the sensor and the outlook to the fooler, seems to be working good, the PSI looks lower, but the temp is also, feels good to me as far as power, my turbo whistle is as loud as ever. ill have to go play around alittle more to see for sure though, i had to come home early from my trials to cook dinner for my G-Friend.
