03 CTD Quad Cab Silver<br><br>For some of you that notice my post from time to time I have been waiting on this day for well over a year. Once I heard the 03's were redisgened I decided to wait it out. I am glad I did.<br><br>I don't have the truck in hand yet (I do have a key though )but I did take it out for 15 minute spin, it is having nerf bars (running boards) and my tool box installed as we speak. I will have it in hand by the end of the day. All I can say is HOLY FREEKN COW! I have never owned a diesel before and am getting out of a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab. **** on that Dakota! I love this CTD!<br><br>So far there is nothing I dislike about the truck. It is a winner all the way around. I can hardly wait for 5pm to get here so I can pick that thing up and do some driving this weekend. <br><br>I will have my radio equipment installed next week and will also be putting my ham stuff in there. <br><br>I will update this post throughout the weekend while I wear the new off the truck. I won't be driving it on a daily basis until the end of next week because I need my phone, radio and lights (strobes) for work. But I will be picking up lumber and getting groceries in it every night, whether I need them or not.<br><br>I have slate slush mats on order as well.<br><br>Eric<br>Happy Customer!!

Right now I have a Kenwood G707 2m/70cm. I will be putting in a Kenwood 700 for APRS in the next few weeks if I get time.<br><br>I have the written test for the general ticket passed but I have not taken my code test yet. Hopefully, I will get that done in the next month but I have been saying that for the past 4 months.<br><br>Thanks for the heads up on the pictures. So far so good with the truck. My fuel mileage has been around 20 mpg with the 48re that ain't bad I guess.<br><br>I will have pictures up in a few days.<br><br>Until then, I will be driving!<br><br>Eric
