To much smoke?

Alright guys i have a 2001, with a edge attitude, stage 2 ddp injectors, and a htt 62/65/13 and it smokes alot if you ask me. I was told the stage 2 injectors are very clean running but i can blow a cloud out just taking off from a light normal driving with the attitude set on zero. I like to run the attitude on level 2 with a pre set of 3 but sometimes i feel sorry for the people behind me as i chug smoke after shifting into each gear. What I am getting at is i dont think something is right, i have checked for boost leaks many many times but dont think its that because i can hit 45psi all day long, I put the larger turbo on their and it seems to smoke about as much as it did with the stock turbo just cleans up better on the top end. I also have changed the injection pump, map sensor and apps. The truck also has a funny idle not really missing just not steady as a rock like most. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem i am starting to think that it may be in the ecm but thats just a guess, what do yall think?

Did you buy it used?
If so.... sounds like it may have a HRVP-44 on it. More smoke on take off and rough idle are symptoms of those pumps.

Your brand of injectors are a good buy and do perform ok.... but they are inclined to produce more smoke than the higher quality F-1's.
Also, larger turbos smoke more at low end (you don't list what turbo in Signature).
Shifting at higher rpm will greatly reduce smoke around town.

Standardized pricing! List of dealers on their web site..... http://www.f1diesel.com/
Mach 1.6's are a great injector. Designed for smoke control while towing heavy.

You mat want to check your intercooler boots too. There may be a loose one or a hole in one. Just a thought.

Like RJ said, bigger turbo is gonna produce more bottom end smoke and clean up in the top end. Nature of the beast. Shift at higher rpms, or ease on the pedal. What RPM does your turbo snap from 10psi to 40+? That would help indicate if there is a problem.
