How much increase in coil size for CSS?

Aight I called CSS to get my coils made today, but apparently I didn't have the right information. He wanted to know how much longer the coils needed to be. He gave me the 10-4 which basically wound down to whether I was increasing the height of the coils over how they sat now or over stock. I assumed they had made enough of these coils for 4x4 2500's that they would know how much to go. So my question is how much over stock should I go to level my truck. Without knowing what stock is with my truck being not straight off the lot I don't know what to take the measurements off of. What did you guys do, and how did you take your measurements.

2" over stock.....are you going with a lighter spring rate?

If you want 2" over where it sits now, you'll have to take the coils out and measure the free height.

I have the stock coils in my garage in a 'free height' state. If anyone needs measurements, chime in and I'll check them when I get home. Aren't they different side to side?

so did you guys actually take measurements from your coils or just say you wanted 2" over stock and they turned out to be correct?
