if your MP-8 is anything like mine.... it has to be turned up past 60% to fool. According to TS, that's not right. Mine will be getting the once over to see what the deal is.

You don't need the quad with a MP-8 though.

My Smarty plays great with the MP-8.

It should fool all the way...0-100 percent.

I have fooled and true boost gauges on my truck.

I have NO idea why Dennis would not give a thumbs up to his MP-8 and the Smarty...it is a proven Stack to fine tune the rail pessure. I use RP3 and 25-33% of my MP-8 to give me 26ksi.

I have an older mp8 (maybe 3 years old or so, I got it used) and I have never had boost fooling issues at all. But I have hear of others that have, I wonder if it is a newer version or something?

a little more wold be better. ive been getting codes without the quad fooler, but the mp8 wont work with it. i tried plugging it in after the fooler and it sounded like a hopped up 12 valve lopping with 25k at idle mp8 at 0!!!
this was on stock programming.

you have an issue with your MP-8 then, I would first look at the back of the **** and make sure all the electrical connections are not touching each other.. Sounds like your shorting out...

I just installed my MP-8. I left my quad boost fooler on. I connected the MP8 (blue connector into the map sensor next to rail, then connected the other end into quad, then into Wire lead connector to computer. I got no codes, and the MP8 works like a charm... The only reason I kep the Quad tonight is that my Commander is tapped into the Quad boost fooler blue wire (pre boost fooler). If I lose the quad, where do I tap for the boost guage?

Will it hurt anything if I have the quad, mp8 and smarty boost fooling? I wouldn't think so... I can still hit 50psi with no codes.....
