I used a Racore and I located it on the back side of the front of the box (in front of the left rear wheel just ahead of and below the filler neck. It filters the fuel from my auxillery tank befor it goes into the factory tank. Racore like Dahl have 2, 10 and 30 micron elements availible and I use a 2 in the summer but I have to go to a 10 in the winter as the fuel does not flow fast enough to keep up to the consumption even with winter fuel. I am just using gravity to transfer the fuel. When we tow in the winter I can acutualy pull fuel from the factory tank faster that it can flow in through the 10 micron element but when you stop for lunch it catches up. the part # for the Raycore elements is 2010.
