I would have to say it all depends on the truck you have and the mods that are already on there!
On my 03 I had the Edge EZ, AFE stage 1, larger tires, then I ordered the 4" turbo back exhaust.
I felt a HUGE difference! But I had an auto.
On the 03's there was only a 3.5" exhaust and that factory muffler was pretty restrictive.
If you just add the exhaust I doubt you will feel it. There is NO NEED to change the WHOLE exhaust on 04.5's and up unless you are going for HUGE POWER! Just change the muffler and maybe kill the kitty!
