Maverick Front bumper replacement (now with Pics)

Just had a Maverick front bumper replacement installed on the truck today. It looks good, has nice build quality, fits well and the powder coat is warrantied for 3 years. Better price than my original choice, the Ranch Hand. Comes with spot to mount OEM fog lights if you got 'em, has a bar for mounting off road or driving lights, is pre-drilled to accept tow hooks and has a spot to put the front license plate without zip tying it. Kind of funny though, the pre-drilled holes for tow hooks are for Ford factory tow hooks. Gonna check on a price for them at the Ford parts desk. About the only time I will need a part from there I guess.
Pic from the Maverick Website
I will be putting my own pics up soon (edit: see 3 replies down for link to my pics)

How much, if you don't mind me asking? It looks like good quality stuff, especially the powder coating. Looking forward to the pics.

Re:Maverick Front bumper replacement

Brandon,
The cost was $699 (+$60 labor +tax). The Ranchhand was anywhere from 875-1000 plus labor and tax. The only thing the Ranchhand had going for it was that it had a 2 inch receiver tube on it, but not a lot of the other features the Maverick has. The Maverick can be ordered with a receiver tube for about another $80-100. The place I got mine traded me the labor for my OEM bumper. I probably could have got more for the OEM bumper, but now I don't have to deal with the hassle of selling it.
If you call the number on the website, they can tell you if anyone in your area sells them. Mavtruk

It looks stout. I'm really surprised at the price ... I expected it to be more. I wonder how much my stock bumper is worth. :- I don't have the money now because I'm saving for a clutch, but that looks well worth it. I'll call them once I get closer to purchasing. Thanks for the info!

Re:Maverick Front bumper replacement (now with Pics)

I think stock bumpers are going for $700 ish from the dealer.

I had mine sitting on the side of the garage for a couple weeks after I put my aftermarket on.

Was out working on the truck and a guy down the street pulled up in his Duramax
asking if I wanted to sell the old one.
One of his employees rear ended someone with the company Dodge.
He went home for the money and came back 15 minutes later with 300 bucks.

Sold.

Week later a board member here called me up to see if I still had my old one,
as he creased his on vacation.
Plenty of market for original bumpers
for those of us who opt for aftermarket before our OEM's are destroyed.

Layne, of Denver Offroad would have traded labor for my OEM one,
if I would have driven to Grand Junction to pick it up in person.

Glad I chose self install.
