Map sensor
I called Diesel dynamics today about the smoke my truck puts out. It keeps gettn worse 
<br>They told me it might be my map sensor.<br>Could it be so, and what do I do about it.<br>And where the heck is it

The wife had a MAP sensor go out on her 02 at 15,000 miles. It didn't seem to smoke but it did cause the check engine light to come on and the truck eventually went into limp mode after several hundred miles.

I took it to diesel dinamics this morning.<br>They put the scanner on it <br>Everything checked out fine 8)<br>We set the box back to stage 2 
<br>They told me at our elevation and the heat, with the box on stage3. It would smoke more in the summer [undecided]<br>With the pre boost fuel set back, it smokes less<br>But I lost some low end :P<br>
