to many programers

Hi everybody, Ive been a fly on the wall for 2 days now and signed up a few minuites ago. Anyway, as all of you already know there are a lot of electronics available. banks, tst, edge, phantom, bully dog, superchips, predator . All my info is basically from the manufactures of these products. Id like to go with edge , but only EZ is available for my 04 . Can anyone rule out some of these . thanks

If you have an '04 and not an '04.5 the Bully Dog doesn't work well. TST is the best.

Bart - I wouldn't be so sure about making declarative statements like that. As far as I know, the only problem with 03-04's was a flat spot that's been corrected. Those with SO's reported the best gains with the bullydog power pup of all. TST boxes have also caused tons of people headaches, thrown codes, or otherwise pooped out.

Lightman46 has an '04 Bully Dog he'd like to get rid of. His has been back to Bully Dog 3 times, has the current program, and still doesn't produce the power advertised. His '04 took top 3rd gen honors at the Edge dyno meet last Sept using a TST and HTB2.

They'll work good on the '03s, '04.5s and '05s, though, but not like a TST.

Copy that, I could not be happier with my setup, 437hp with stock charger and stock injector
and never hit 1500 limiter on the TST... And this from a wimpy SO motor starting from 196 hp to the RW

Tomeygun!! I wish you wouldn't post that picture as I am trying to exercise some restraint and not buy a TST box!!!! It makes that hard to do when I see I could be making so much more power!!! My EZ on level 4 gives me 300hp and 554 tq...

Hehehe, Bad tomey, BAD!!!

Really though, once you go with TIMING/DURATION and light pressure.....

YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! --- The power is always right there.. and more than I need too

True, I like my TST, but if the edge HOT juice is a 150hp box... that would also be nice

There are only two programmers out there, the BullyDog and the Pacific Performance. The BD is the only one you can actually buy apparently, the PPE is out of stock or otherwise MIA.
