Manual high idle for '07
Does the '07 5.9 have the manual high idle feature? I have seen the posts about it and asked the dealer to activate it, but he cannot find anything about it. The high idle works by itself when the outside temp goes down, but it would be useful anyway.
2x4s work great, just need to cut it to the right size

If your truck is a manual, in addition to enabling it on the scanner, you'd have to get a clutch switch installed at the dealer for >$350, or ground out pin #22 on the ECM for <$20 with a part from Cummins. Your choice.

You can get it enabled...if your dealer cant find anything about it take your truck to a different dealer to get it turned on. The automatic high idle goes to about 1100rpm, manual is adjustable up to 1500...I use it every day, very nice feature.
