major turbo problem please help!!!!!
Well I have had a very slow spooling situation and I just pulled off the intake and the blades that you can see are chewed up on the ends. None are fully broke. What can I do. This thing is only 2 months old. Is there a rebuild kit for it. Please help ASAP. thank you very much

The only good news that I see is that it is only the front blades and it is just the tips like they are all rounded but not alot of material missing. The blades behind that have no damage that I can see. There is no play back and forth and only about 1/32 up and down maybe less. I can see any damage on the inside of the housing from what i can see. What are my options. Can I just by that from wheel. Also do you think it sucked anything into the motor, and can I keep driving it and is all the damage done. Please help asap

Its a II phat shaft 64. There isnt alot of material missing so I hope nothing made it past. The motor seems to run the same so I dont think it hurt anything else. How much does the rebuild go for on average. Im gonna go tear it apart and see what I can find.

One more thing. On the housing just infront of the blades its nicked up fairly well. Does this mean I need a new housing and I can take my almost new turbo and stick it you know where or is this all gonna work out and they wont need to put me mental hospital. Thanks for the replies. Thanks again

Maybe they can blend the nickes on the intake portion? If it's only a few months old there should be a warranty of some sort and I'm sure they will inspect all the internals when they get it to make sure nothing else is damaged. Good luck

they charged me 650 + shipping to have my sps62 fixed and it was only 2 days and less than 200 miles old. the bearings just seized up and the shaft was wallowing atound in the housings. chances are that the ex wheel i screwed also if the front of the shaft goes down the rear goes up into the ex housing. i hope they fix yours.pm me if you want any more details..
