Lower and upper control arm bushings

Need to replace these on my 2003 Ram 2003 TD. Is there a DIY manual available or instructions on the web? Dealer quotes about $800 for both sides and the parts are only about $125 of that.

I've got lots of experience working on cars and plenty of tools, but I tend to want to read instructions (not manly, I know) before getting myself in too deep. Particularly if some special tool is required (like a press in this case?).

Thanks for any help.

At that price you can add a set of replacement arms!

Probably for less than the dealer wants. The bushings are tapered fit and are pressed in/out.
