Low vacume affecting blowby????

Low vacume affecting blowby????

Can someone please explain this to me. How can a leak in a vacume hose affect blowby out the blowby tube? Any input is greatly appricaited!!!

The vacuum pump is in effect an air compressor that vents it pressure into the crankcase thus pressurizing it causing excess blowby.
No vacuum leaks equals no air to vent into the crankcase.
