Low Clutch Pedal Engagement

98K miles on the SBC Fe Clutch, 126K on the original slave/master cylinder assembly.

I haven't driven the truck in about a while, but drove it yesterday. Seemed to me like the "engagement point" on the clutch is just about off the floor.

The pedal has pressure from top to floor, but the point where the truck starts to move is just barely off the floor (maybe a 1/4 of inch). I can't remember it being that low, or I just forgot how it was from when I drove it last.

Is that the normal position, or is the clutch going out and warning me of a soon to be empty wallet.

It's full, and nothing is leaking.

Either the clutch is worn thin, or the hydro's are maybe leaking inside?
