Lots of Black Smoke at startup..
Over the past six plus months I have been noticing that my truck is smoking more and more at start up. Its dark grey/black in color. Its now to the point where it is a fairly significant amount, and it will continue to smoke at idle until the motor reaches operating temp (it smokes enough that I can see it floating by the truck if I stop at a light). I don't have any of the typical bad injector symptoms such as hard start, rough idle, or any white smoke. I have been noticing that I have a fairly significant bog that occurs when I accelerate hard - it will run hard to about 2000 rpm, then kinda fall on its face. The two may be unrelated, but I'm kinda wondering if my turbo is functioning?? Any thoughts?

Maybe a MAP sensor too. The turbo might explain higher load condition problems, but idle and low speed / load conditions don't require boost so I would look at fuel delivery and / or sensors.
