I don't know anyting about clutches but get the Glacier FUel system!!!
What's and "ICP" guage??? I am guess in Injector control pressure??? I can't remember what mine used to run at on the outlook?? I would think it's the same as rail pressure... it ran around 8k at idle and close to 22k and wot....

Pretty normal but 25 is pretty hard on the the system... Your better keeping it at 23 if possible...

To be honest I am not sure.. I think an upgraded cp3 and fuel system but maybe some one a little more knowledgeable in that department can help...

Southbend for reliability and great for drag racing had one in my 03 and 0 problems, alot of people around here are running the valairs and love them 0 problems and cheap but they arent into the drag racing i used to do more daily driving with minor mods and towing usage, or haisley some people swear by them.
As far as the ICP i wasnt a fan of how the outlook read it not true to me especially if your running boxes that do pressure fooling.
The fuel system Glacier 392comp. with inline filters i consider them a must with all the bad fuel now days everyone cutting corners and it will take a toll on your injectors if you dont filter it down.
