Looking for info on new truck Wheels
While i was at the dealer getting my truck worked on. i was walking around checking aout the new 06 trucks. I realized i like the looks of the polished aluminum wheels on the new trucks.my 04.5 has the chrome steel whells.so i went to the parts deparment to see how much one would cost. **** those wheels are alot, they told me close to $300 dollers for one wheel .
so my question does any body know were somebody might find a set cheeper? thanks for any info you guys might have. Mopar72

I have picked them up off craigslist.com just go there and select your city.
also the classifieds on these forums
seems like wheels go for about $100 a wheel
wheels and tires about $150

wheels from the dealer? well they are always expensive.
In general I think all dodge wheels with thr proper backspacing are expensive now. there are not many avail. centerline is starting to make some 6" backspaced wheels. but they are avour 3-400 each.
i gave up and run 35s on stock wheels. you can see some pics in the gallery.
I just looked at your location on the web. you may not have many choices but to buy new. or find some that some one will ship to you.

I've got a set of 4 with about 1,000 on the tires that I would be willing to part with for like $600 plus shipping.

I'm in the process of buying a new 05 SLT right now, I got the dealer to swap out the chrome clad wheels for the aluminum for the same price...

Don't know if you guys worked a deal or not, but ebay has a ton of 'em on there. Everybody that bought aftermarket rims are trying to get rid of they're stockers.
