2 reasons, it will be noisy, (the average Joe on the street will think your truck is falling apart) and it will be grabby, read this:

I love my 3250. It's not that loud. Only a bit grabby when pulling out. Shifts very smooth. Get it you won't regret it. $1400 including hydros. RPM Offroad Bristol,TN

If it's grabby starting out what's it like backing a trailer? As for "best price", hard to beat the prices from Lary at the DTR store.

Call Peter at SB, he'll tell you what clutch to go with.

I can not say how surprised I am that I do not get those "is your truck falling apart" looks.

I love my DD3250, I called Peter at SBC and he took good care of me.

Peter did say to have one orderd and not to buy one out of a warehouse because they did make revisions to fix the noise, I have 0 and I mean 0 noise when the clutch is engaged, but it is a little noisy when you push the clutch in, like when your in the drive through with the window down your hear it.

As for as grabby, It will be. I have over 500miles on mine and either im getting use to it or its breaking in. so i feel my truck drives like stock other than the sightly slower shift.
