185 k miles on mine (03 SO), and there not to healthy but truck still runs and makes power, just has many many quirks.
mine seems to like when i run two stroke oil.

Whatever the life expectancy would be...........you can probably lengthen that significantly if you add extra filtration.......preferably down to 2 microns.

Problems started at 100,000 miles 0r 4000 hours. This was plugging in truck when temps went below 50. At 145000 they were done no start without either. Changed all 6 with rebuilt and its like new again. Im at 6000 hours now . I think we should talk in hours because milage does not really matter. This is a 2003 SO.
