longer control arms needed w 2.5" lift ?
i'm looking at a leveling, a set of new coil springs for my 99, like KORE, Skyjacker or Lorenz... my question is. I need a set of longer control arms for the added height? or can I left the oe ones? which are my options? brands..

You definitely don't need the long arm kits for 2.5", but longer upper and lower control arms that mount in the factory locations are better than just keeping the OEM's. Seems like alot of guys have problems with death wobble and harsh rides if they put in leveling kits and don't replace the arms. I put a 2" lift from Skyjacker on my 2000 and it came with coils, shocks, and new upper and lower control arms. The longer arms help keep the front axle in the correct postion to let your suspension work correctly (the alignment guys can explain better). If I had to do it again, I'd use Bilstein shocks instead of the Skyjackers. Got those on my GMC and they make a huge difference over stock.
