Is the valve to charge the A/C system up the one just in front of the passenger side battery?
my compressor is cycling on and off quickly and not blowing cold air so i'm going to try and add a can of freon and see if it helps

Yep, at least that's where it is at on a 97.

thanks, I was thinking that's where it had to be as the recharge fitting fit that one fine.

Now, I can get it charged up tonight.

dont know when they changed but mine is located next to the fire wall on pass side. maybe around the change of 12 to 24valve. ?

Mine also is behind the air box on the passenger side by the firewall
