A little confused...
I am running everything in my signature right now and the best I can get for boost is just at 19 or 20 psi. I have the boost elbow in and I even have the screw turned in on the elbow and still I get stock pressures. Am I missing something here? If so, straighten me out someplease! Thank you!

How many miles on the charger? could it be a boost leak? Maybe a stuck open wastegate or the quad is not boost fooling which i doubt but thought id mention it.... try a new program in the xzt and see if it changes anything I put the beta tune in my xzt for surge after talking to jeremy at qzilla (XZT+_BETA1) not only did my surge go away but my charger actually lights alot faster... just a thought.
I hope this helps

I thought a boost leak as well. I put an "adapter" on the charger to try and pressurize the system. I did find a small leak and fixed that. It didn't help, but I don't think my adapter work exactly right either. I had to kind of rig it up. I am running the 3000 tune for the XZT+. Would you be able to send the beta my way? The Charger is original, 140K on the clock. I don't know how to check for a stuck open wastegate. Any info there would be helpful. Thanks for the response.

I downloaded the beta tune from their site...Here is a link it is the first one at the top of the page... also the newest date there http://www.quadzillapower.com/produc...B-Updates-Beta
I would call jeremy in tech support and / or try a friends xzt and see if it changes anything for you... Just a random thought... the xzt you have is for a 2001-02 truck isnt it... there is a jumper inside that has to be present for 01 & 02 trucks..thats why i ask if it isnt there you should get a check engine light..
as for checking the wastegate you'll have to pull the charger off and check. the linkage that goes through the housing that connects the rod from the actuator, to the disk that blocks the opening can get siezed up from soot/rust and hold it open/shut.. May also be possible that the actuator itself has fouled up in some way like a bent actuator rod etc... here is a link that may help out here..

The XZT I have is for the 01 year. I do not have any Check engine lights on. I looked at Quad Power's site several times and was never able to find the beta. I did get it downloaded from the link you provided. I will see if that helps, thank you.
The holset information was great. I read through that and I will be taking a look at the turbo as well. I would think it would be hard to make 20 psi if the actuator was stuck open, but I am no professional. Thanks for the info.
I am getting ready to go on a 1000 mile trip so I am not going to try anything before I leave, but when I get back I will see what I can come up with. I might try the beta while on the trip just to see if that helps since I can change that back pretty easy. Thanks again for all your information.

well just for giggles take the hose off the actuator fold it over and clamp it off with the hose clamp to disable the waste gate and actuator . if your boost goes up then you know your problem is with the actuator somewhere.. If it doesnt then maybe someone else will have a different idea of where to look.

I got home and decided to look at the wastegate and see if it was movable. I couldn't get the thing to budge. I am not sure what is the open or closed position, but if I put my hand behind there and touch the butterfly lever it is in the 1 to 2 o'clock position and it won't move front or backwards. I am not sure how easy it should move, I would think pretty easy, but it doesn't. Any idea where the butterfly should be resting?
