Unhappy Light smoke after head work

Ever since I got my truck back from oringing, studing, valve job, timing, 4k gsk, etc. it has smoked lighter colored smoke just after starting it and putting it into gear, even when up to temp. It seems to clear up if I get the revs up or get the egt's up. It's doing it more and more and the amount of smoke is getting more and more. It smells like oil smoke, could it be a sticking valve seal or something. It doesn't do it all the time, mostly when there are alot of people looking at my truck. Also it seems to be getting worse the more I use the N20. It started getting noticable worse when I idled the truck up alittle, but it wouldn't idle in gear when I got it back. Any ideas? Any help would be great!

Should be new, the valves and seats were ground so he should have put new seals in. Hopefully this weekend I will have time to look at it.

Sounds like the timing is slipping.
