Lifting 2wd Front

Hi everyone, great forum, I have been reading for a long time. I have a 2006 2500 CTD 2wd and need to raise the front about 1" to gain additional clearance for my 19.5/245 tires (slight rubbing with heavy truck camper loaded on ruts, etc.). What is the best way to accomplish this?

Would the front coil springs from a 2006 4x4 truck work? Anyone know if coil springs fro 2x4 and 4x4 are different? Would a spacer be better?

I really don't need more than an inch, and I definately do not want the truck level because of my heavy truck camper, and I really don't want to have to add a leaf to the back to compensate (rides stiff enough with g rated tires). Any advice would be much appreciated.

You can get daystar spacers for the top of the coils. You will require an alignment after. They work well. I have had mine on for a couple of years with no problems
