how to lift a 1989 D250 2wd?

I have a 1989 diesel d250 2wd and i want to lift it 2 to 3" just to give me some more clearance. How can i lift it? I know of coil springs but don't know where i can get some, and i have some cheap polyurithan spacers but i don't think that they will last. How good are the Polyurithan spacers?

You can get some moog 7226s front springs to level it out with the rear, and then do a 3" body lift for it.
