leveling spacers - poly or steel?

I know that a lot of people have said stay away from polyurethane because it won't hold up. I had DayStar 2" polyurethane spacers on for over two and a half years and 55,000 miles with BFG 315s. They performed without any issues at all. When I took them off they looked just like new. I had them listed here in the classifieds, they are sold, but the add with pictures is still there for a few more days. These pictures are after removing them.

Poly should be fine. Never have to worry about rust compromising your metals strength. I have had them on 2 Jeeps and now on my truck with no problems, ever. They will NOT compress or sag or anything like that. I have the ProComp set and if it were to sag or anything like that they are guaranteed for life.

Mine were I believe 100 shipped. They are actually 2 1/8" spacers. The pickup still has a small amount of rake (sp) to it. I think it looks good. I'll hope to get some pics this week. Still waiting on to get my rims from the powder coaters.
