Are the 2nd gen and 3rd gen leveling blocks the same?

99% sure they are interchangeable.

I just saw that Tuff Country has the same P/N# for both, Thanks

They are deffinately the same. I put my Daystar spacers on my girlfriends 03 when I installed the D25's on mine.
