nothing wrong with those. all they really are is a 2" or 3" tall spring insulator. i bet no one's making a kit because it's cheaper just to buy the pair of spacers yourself and install them yourself. if someone bought them and sold them as a kit, they'd just become a middle man for you by ordering the spacers, you paying that person and that person then having to ship them to you. it'd probably cost you more than it's worth for that person's "services". and by cutting, i believe they mean cutting the 3 studs that are on top of the spacer? the daystar spacers are the ones from '94 and up 2nd gens. not sure if they differ much between 4wd and 2wd trucks, but my guess is the studs are on the 4wd trucks having the shock tower mounted above the spring pocket on the frame.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1971-...fAccessories(I used the part#1905 .It states that it will lift from 1 7/8 "to 2 1/4" they lifted my truck 2".I did this rather than buying new springs because I figured the new springs would settle just like the originals did.I don't think my old ones will settle any more .the applacation chart does say they are for 1/2,3/4,and 1 ton 2wd.I am happy with the way I looks and rides

the ad says they are to be installed on the bottom of the spring. they rest down in the taper of the lower control arm where the spring would normally rest. if you look at the picture closely, you can see that the spacers even a taper to them just like the bottom of the spring.
