Lack of Smoke

Lack of Smoke
Well as you may or may not know I got a new Goerend tranny put in the other day as well as installed a smarty. I have some vids of me at the track and many people have been surprised at the lack of smoke comming from my truck including myself. Is there something wrong with my truck or do I just need some CP3 work. Thanks for the help.

I am no expert or anything but I can put out lots of smoke on sw2, try to floor it from a stop, safely, and see if it will blow smoke, perhaps it does not blow smoke because you have boost built? jmo

Mine on the other hand will roll coal like a powerplant on anything above sw3. Truck pulls like a beast.
But I'd be happy to see that, means you're using all of your fuel. Could also mean time for more fuel, but depends on how you think. If you want the wow factor of smoke then break out the plastic.

When I had my stock turbo my truck would smoke like crazy till the turbo got goin. But, when the truck was on the dyno the boost would come on fast enough that there was no smoke. My dyno runs looked just like your drag runs smoke wise. Do you have a rail gauge? What kind of boost and egt temps are you seeing?
