Kore chase w/ Jesse James wheels
I've done 100 searches, still no answer. Will 18x10 wheels with 5.5 inch backspacing fit on my truck with toyo M/T 37's. I dont care if they rub the control arms, just need to clear wheel openings. And yes, the Kore system is worth the $$$. I put it on the truck with 35 miles on the clock. I have 49000 on my setup, and the 315 bfg deathwobble is killin me. I'm going with Toyo's,and the Jesse James wheels are Edit.I'd like to run the 37's but will go with the 35's if I have to. Thanks for the help.

I could not fit 37" tires without major carnage, control arms + back of fender .......with a 5.5 wheel
I have the Chase kit, I added glass fenders and they now fit no problem.

So you are saying that the DW is being caused by the tires? I think there is more to the problem then that. I would go over everything else on the front suspension and maybe add some caster to it to see you can clear up the wobble problem.

I've been down every avenue. I tried to buy very expensive parts from several suspension shop seen on this site. Every one of them told me to buy new tires first. They say that the BFG sidewalls breakdown over time under the weight of the 1000 pound Cummins. The Toyo's are E rated and the BFG's are D rated. The Toyo's are also about 25 pounds heavier per tire for the same size. I'm not sure if the weight helps or not. The tires were great for about 30000 miles, then the deathwobble started, and continues to get worse. I have had the 315 BFG's on all 4 of my Dodges, 2 Gen. 2's and 2 Gen. 3's., both of the Gen.3 trucks had the same issue. I just sold the 03' before I fixed the wobble. I guess if these guy's sell suspension parts for a living, and tell me to buy a set of tires first, I should listen to them. I appreciate them being honest with me.

Ditch the BFG'S and your ride will improve or atleast mine did
................... By the way I dont think they will fit or it will take some minor fender adjustment........ Check member NRiver profile for some pictures on how to make them fit...........

37's will hit the fenders. You need a narrower wheel and possibly more backspacing to run 37's with the Chase kit. You may even rub 35's but it wont be nearly as much.

I am running the Kore Chase suspension with 35" PJ dirt grips with no rubbing or death wobble problem, the only draw back is that they are pricy at $352 a piece.

......I've seen it several times. Truck comes in with DW and BFG 315's.....goes out with different 315's, no DW........leaves with the BFG's it rolled in on and guess what, DW is back. Not quite sure why.....but it might be the sidewall thing.

If you want to run aftermarket wheels with KORE (or any others of similar height), you are going to need to stick as close to factory wheel specs as possible. We deal with this question all the time. You can run a 35 on a factory wheel with no rubbing. You can squeeze a 37 in there with minor rubbing, or no rubbing at all if you are close to a factory wheel. If you go outside factory specs (backspacing and wheel width are the big issues here), you are going to have problems with rubbing.
You should be looking for a wheel that is approximately 17x8.5 with a 6 inch backspace. Weld and Centerline both make them in a variety of models.
Also, tires can contribute to DW. You should be running E rated tires on that truck.

Thanks for all the input. I think I will bite the bullet and go with the JJ wheels. I'll post some pics when its together. On a side note, The BFG,s do contribute to death wobble. I have over 600,000 miles between my last 4 trucks since 2000. I now understand that after that sidewall breaks down and deteriorates over time the DW will rear it ugly head.
