It didnt go worth a crap for me, my fastest pass was a 13.1 I think but i didnt get a slip because the truck died at the end of the track. Then I got mad and me and Shane put the adreneline on and I ran a 13.3 . I messed up and pu the dyno only beta tune on and it is ALOT of fuel but a little too much timing for me I think. I didnt wanna break the output either so I left really soft so it took forever to spool up and kick it.

Pete,
Sorry you had issues, but remember....A bad night of racing beats 24 hour duty any day. I think I have read every dang post on DTR now....

Pete:
Thanks for the call today. I would have come out there but I got back way too late from my trip up to Ky. and Ill.
Sorry to hear you didn't have better times with your truck.:( I sure would have thought you would easily have been in the 12's last night. Once I get some more miles on my 96' we will have to go back out there.

John thanks for your call I missed or I would still be hunting for your phone # lol. I really think with a billet out put and a different tune in the Adreneline I could run 12's. My 60's were 2.20's and the first 1/8th mile was crap I just couldnt get the truck to go until it got passed 2nd gear. I really need a RAD or to use a smarty for the tq management I think and to launch alot harder. I definetly wana get back out there with you though. At least I didnt evan loose a race all night. I beat a couple healthy sounding mustang GT's and an S-10 blazer with a SBC and slicks[guitar]

Oh yeah, I forgot you don't have a RAD Device. That is hurting you FOR SURE!
I posted to you on another thread on the Quad Adrenaline to NOT let your engine run up to 4,000 RPM UNLESS you have aftermarket valve springs.

Well the night didnt go well for either one of us, my fastest time was a 15.3, ugh!!! Considering I was running 13.70's, pretty much all last summer, oh well thats what I get for lifting it 8 in and throwin 37s on. Also the tranny is hurtin too. Wow, you had a bad day bud, we saw you gettin ready to run and hurried to see it but it was all she wrote. Oh well thats the nature of the beast, all I gotta say is you have got to be putting some serious power to the ground in that thing. Hmmm I recognize you from somewhere...........

Yep the output shaft broke right off the line. I am gonna try to get it fixed ASAP and give it another shot next weekend. I needed a billet shaft anyway.

Yeah, Im still runnin the stock tranny, can't believe she has held on for this long! But luckily I have a "transmission" fund. Any ideas or brands I should go with? I also have a buddy who suggests I just keep the housing and order everything separatley. All I really need for now is a converter, VB, and Input shaft. Im running between 350 and 400hp for now. But Ill have my new turbo and injectors in over this summer.

I'd reccomend Tim Bareber up in Virginia. He did all the head work for me and I'm taking the truck up this weekend to have my trany work done. he does DTT trannys and he really knows his stuff.
