Ok I have a question! Does any one know how to grind a killer fuel plate! I want to test this fuel plate Idea but there is no way that Im going to buy a plate for $200 when I have old stock ones that I can play with. If there is a way to grind a plate let me know! Pics would be nice or links... Thanks alot! :)

If you have a flow bench and a lot of time you can grind your own fuel plate, otherwise it will be trial and error and as many plates as you can get. It takes a lot of time to engineer these plates and to copy a plate and have someone EDM one for you, is stealing. If you buy a plate from TST or Piers they will take it back if you make arrangements in advance. And you won't have to keep grinding plates. The plates you buy also work as adveritsed.<br>Bruce

If you grind it completly flat that would equal a #0 plate but the deeper you cut into the plate the more fuel you will get. If you want more fuel on the bottom range cut deeper towards the bottom if you want more fuel towards the top end cut deeper on the top of the plate.
