Just ordered a Smarty

Just put my order in for a Smarty. Now here is my questions. I have a mostly stock truck, but looking for some smoke and some power, driveability, and better fuel economy if I can keep my foot of the right pedal. I have a stock transmission, and would LOVE to keep it that way. What setting should I run, I'm thinking #3 correct the 60hp tune which would be MORE than safe for a stock transmission right. I have my transmission temp gauge and boost hooked up right now. Pyrometer will be going in soon once I grow the cojones to drill my manifold. Also, I have a 4 inch down pipe, and 3.5" piping dumped out in front of the p/s rear tire. Will the decrease of .5" raise EGT's. I was told by a lot that it would not as I delted the cat and muffler and all the kinks in the pipes that would result in higher EGT's. I also have a stock intake now. Anyways, just making sure all my bases are clear and I'm not going to damage anything. Just I've been edging for the smarty for quiet sometime

Hey, so would you recommend going smarty jr. over the regular smarty? I probably won't ever use the 170 tunes or anything? Is it better off to go smarty jr. Also does the smarty jr not blueeprint the ECU

If you're planning to keep your truck near stock the SMARTY Jr. is a good choice. But if in the future adding major mod's for big HP the Sr. is the ticket. Another bonus with the Sr. is the programmable speed limiter.
