This really sucks, bought a XZT 2 weeks ago from thoroughbreddiesel for fuel mileage gains and now they come out with a max mileage module.

I hope you bought the XZT for the power, if not you'll be bummed out like I was.

I share your aggravation! I just installed my Quad Commander and it's really awesome. I have been debating between a simple tow box or the standard Xzillaraider but have been dragging my feet to see if something new is on the way.

You may not be out of luck. Quad is in the process of allowing an upgrade to his module for a fee. This upgrade will allow you to download new programs. He says there we be about 100 different (tunes) programs available. Lets hope one of these tunes will be a milage improvement. The product is not out yet but you will be able to upgrade for a price ( coming soon).

I'm in the same boat as you bud!
Just got my quad about a week ago.
Really love it, but it would be awesome to have the ability to switch to a better mileage program!
Lets hope Quad does offer an upgrade program for a very inexpensive price. Mine's only a week old of course.
Not complaining though as I love my module.

The upgrade is a new module that has a USB port so you can download to the module. You will have to send in your old module ( exchange) and pay for the upgrade.

No for fuel milage improvement. Put one on a buddies truck earlier this spring and it made a huge improvement. Just installed mine and only a few miles so can not tell yet. Hope it improves, That's what I bought it for.

Yup, dragged my feet for a long time also hoping for something to come along in the fuel mileage department. Wouldn't yah know it, less than 2 weeks with the new module and they come out with a fuel mileage only box.

Just sent mine in to have the timing removed as I'll be stacking it with a Edge Juice/Attitude. I'am going to call them some time today or tomarow and talk about this new module. I'll keep you guys posted if they let me swap out mine.

I installed the XZT and have it controlled by the Commander to go on at 160* and to be honest I can't tell if it's on or off. Maybe something is wrong, but no big power increase, nothing I can feel. I'm very disappointed with it. Got a lot more power out of a Super Chip on setting 2, that I had on my 01 Ram.

With the Commander you can set it on different levels. What level do you have it on? I think you won't feel the 20hp setting but the 40 or 65 hp you should.

yeah, you might have it on level 0. Look on the right hand side of the commander and see if it says 3!

I wonder if this is the timing only box that Quad was working on for some time.
