Just bought 2003 CTD!
Well I finally found a truck. 2003 quad cab short bed 6 speed sport. 46,000 miles he has an edje juice with attitde and a K&N air filter, 4 inch exhaust. I was gonna drain all the fluids and change them. What else should I do as far as maintenance? Anything I should check or be aware of?

Cracked alternator bracket.
Various ECU flashes, particularly Safety Recall C02.
Many parking spaces are too narrow.
Sun visors will break and not stay up.
Reverse lamp switch will fail
Taillights circuit boards will corrode/overheat/fail
Drivers door window control will corrode preventing other power windows from working.
May need shocks.
Driveline U-joints are bad, regardless of when they were last replaced.
Do the fuel vent mod...the one where you add small tubes and a filter to the open vent ports. This keeps dirt from getting in the tank and injectors.
Otherwise, enjoy it. They do a pretty good job of what they are designed to do.

Dirt in the fuel tank won't get to the injectors, clog a filter maybe.
