Well, coming from the viewpoint of an old-school hotrodder, too much power is never enough. So where does that leave us?

I am not saying that the clutch is junk, perhaps driving style has something to do with it as well.

Look at options for sure. I am NOT on the South Bend pep squad here, however, I have installed several of their clutches in stock, and mild to heavily upgraded trucks, with no problems at all. And believe me, some of those guys really don't drive all that gently.

Good luck

you had ought to be climing all in 500-550 hp so you might very well be pushing that clutch to its max.. i would go with a southbed 3250DD or a 3600

It really sounds like you just reached the HP limit of the clutch.

Some will last longer then others if abused! But that was a good post. Go with a haisleys or kennys, i really dont want to say to much about them or i will be accused of trying to sell them again! But they both blow southbend out of the water!

Gee perhaps if you had not posted "pm me I will hook you up with a great clutch" then you might not have been reported as selling in the forums ...Ya think?

I mean come on what is the deal? Are we not entitled to are on opinions? Can i not but Kennys website info up, or haisleys?

I guess you are not reading what I wrote here so I will try again.

You posted in the forums "pm me I will hook you up with a great clutch". That looked like you were selling them to the guy that reported your post to me. I explained that to you via PM and told you to avoid making it look like you were selling them and there would not be a problem.

The deal is simply that the phrase "I will hook you up" is often used by people selling products and there was no way for the members or me to know just exactly what you meant by that statement.

I also told you via PM that I did NOT think you were selling them, you just worded it in a manner that was confusing so I removed it. So now you tell me what is wrong with that or are you just interested in a pity party?

You did not have a problem with this a week ago in PM, why are you whining like a school girl now?

No one said anything about your opinion one way or another, I only asked you politely not to make it look like you were selling them so I would not receive any more complaints about it.

I don't know what you mean by this statement? it makes absolutely no sense the way you wrote it.
